The film opens with the slain bandit Shaka killing his elder brother for information related to the Diamond Valley, a secret that Veeru Dada — a rancher — also knows. In the aftermath of that confrontation, Veeru dives off a cliff into a river, setting off a long arc that threads through years and loyalties. After 18 years in Gajner, Rajasthan, Veeru reappears with an amputated leg and begins feeding tips to Raja, a mischievous, tough outlaw who robs banks with flair. Raja grows bolder as the price on his head climbs, his audacious schemes drawing ever more daring heists and sharper conflicts.
Meanwhile, another edge-walking thief enters the scene: Panasa, who, along with her uncle, shadows Raja in hopes of duping him and slipping away with the loot. As Panasa and Raja cross paths in a game of wits and wiles, Shaka closes in on Veeru, always one step behind the trail of information and danger. Veeru starts to sense the inevitable: Shaka is closing in, and the threat to his life grows more imminent with every passing moment.
To secure his own protection, Veeru hatches a plan that hinges on a large diamond. He asks Raja to escort his daughter, Bhuvana, to his brother Dharma’s place along a perilous route. On the journey, a spark grows between Raja and Bhuvana, turning a dangerous assignment into something emotionally complicated. As they travel, Raja reveals a painful part of his past: the house they glimpse is his childhood home, the place where his father and sister were slain by a masked killer, and how that tragedy propelled him into a life of crime in his relentless pursuit of the man responsible. When Bhuvana asks how he would identify the killer, he explains that a scar on the killer’s hand would be the clue that sets the hunter apart.
Their path leads them to Dharma’s place, but tragedy strikes when Dharma is murdered. Raja steps away to arrange Dharma’s funeral at a nearby shop, only to discover Shaka disguised as the shop owner. Shaka’s discovery of a map in Bhuvana’s possession sets off a brutal confrontation: he proclaims that the map is the key to Diamond Valley and that his murder of Dharma and Raja’s father was tied to that map. The map is burned in the ensuing clash, and Shaka then traps Raja by tying him to a tree and abducting Bhuvana, believing she alone knows how to reach the hidden treasury.
Raja Breaks free and confronts Shaka, who reveals that he knows the truth about Raja’s father’s killer and will share it only if Raja lends him safe passage through treacherous terrain to Diamond Valley. Raja agrees, and together they push toward the treasure with Shaka in tow. As the expedition advances, Raja notices the familiar scar on Shaka’s hand and realizes this is the same man who killed his father and sister. In a final, decisive struggle, Raja defeats Shaka and is joyfully reunited with Bhuvana, bringing the tangled saga to a close with a sense of closure and a hard-won peace.
