Lily, a former exotic dancer, finds herself confronting a painful past and a difficult present. Trapped for years in a life of objectification and abuse, she must face her contemptuous husband, Larry, and a judgmental IRS agent, Francis. Two former colleagues from her dancing days – the self-destructive Cara and the innocent Wren – also resurface, forcing Lily to reckon with the choices she's made and the world she inhabited. The film explores themes of transformation and escape, evolving beyond its genre roots into a surreal and dreamlike journey.
