What is the name of the tribe that has captured Hari?

Set in a barren, post-apocalyptic landscape, the film unfolds 23 years after a nuclear war and follows two young travelers, Tom and Dick, as they press onward to recover Hari, who has been captured by the formidable tribe known as the Norks. The journey is fraught with peril as they weave through a mosaic of clans and danger, aiming to rescue Hari and return to whatever semblance of normal life remains.
Their trek takes them into the clutches of a matriarchal clan called the Urechs, ruled by the enigmatic She. The two friends are briefly captured, but they manage to escape with the unexpected help of the clan’s leadership after a prophetic omen from a local seer foretells that a woman of destiny will cross their path. In a striking turn of fate, [She] and her loyal lieutenant Shanda decide to accompany Tom and Dick on their perilous quest, drawn by the promise of fulfillment of the prophecy.
Across the arid, lawless expanse, they encounter a parade of tribes, each led by its own post-apocalyptic “god.” These so-called deities preside over middling empires and command bands of mutants who seem granted strange powers by the lingering radiation. One standout figure among them is Godan, a god-pretender who can levitate his enemies, a display that hints at the strange blend of mysticism and science that governs this world. His power, however, is undermined by a betrayal from his second-in-command—a striking woman in red who resents the god’s romantic hold over the matriarch [She]. The travelers also encounter a carnival of oddities: a tutu-clad giant, werewolves in togas, high-society vampires, and mutants wrapped like Egyptian mummies. A remarkable foe among them is Xenon, a man capable of cloning himself from severed body parts, a talent that makes every encounter feel like a tightrope walk between ingenuity and survival.
As the party presses toward the Nork fortress, they become separated, each group continuing toward violent confrontations and uncertain futures. Fate tightens its grip when the trio is captured by the Norks and forced into a gladiator-style melee with a pool of eager applicants. Hari, tragically, has been transformed into the concubine of the Nork leader, a grim reminder of the price of captivity. After a brutal sequence of combat, the three manage to break free. The Nork ruler, pressed by the sudden resistance, grants them a grim choice: depart, but warnings of renewed assault on the Urechs the following day loom large.
Freedom comes at a cost, and the escape is only the opening act of a meticulously planned ambush. [She] devises a bridge assault, hoping to crush the Nork forces before they can reclaim Urech lands. Tom, Dick, and Hari join in laying countless traps and preparing defenses as the bridge becomes a gauntlet of danger. The Norks advance in waves, testing the group’s endurance and ingenuity, but the attack is repelled at last by a sudden rescue: [Shanda] and a cohort of Urech warriors descend to rout the remaining Nork ranks. The victory is hard-won and deeply bittersweet.
In the aftermath, the story threads settle into quiet conclusions. [Dick] and [Shanda] fall in love, and he chooses to stay with the Urechs, committed to a new home among their people. Meanwhile, [Tom] and [She] drift toward a distant, unspoken closeness, deciding to love each other from afar. Tom sets out on a barge with Hari to explore other distant lands, while [She] watches with a contemplative, almost wistful gaze as their paths diverge. The film ends on a note of tentative hope and uncertain futures, framed by the unyielding landscape and the enduring bonds forged in hardship.
