In a dystopian future London set in 2015, a city has unraveled into chaos where gangs rule the streets and the economy has ground to a halt. Within this fractured landscape, two brothers, Junior and his elder sibling Rager, lead a local gang known as The Paper Chaserz. They try to stay out of the bloodshed and stubbornly cling to a personal code that forbids killing, a rule that is most stringently enforced by the protective, if hard-edged, Rager.
The film opens with a calculated heist as The Paper Chaserz plan to steal goods from a lone van. The plan goes off without a hitch, and for a moment the streets seem to offer a glimpse of order amid the disorder. But trouble arrives in the form of a ruthless rival faction, The Soldiers, who sweep in with their own violent ambitions to claim every postcode they can. The Paper Chaserz manage to escape the confrontation, yet Junior finds himself cornered and isolated as the others pull away. In a dramatic turn, Rager reappears and shatters the threat, beating back The Soldiers’ crew and ordering Junior to run to safety, a moment that reinforces the strength of their bond and their shared vow to survive—without abandoning one another.
The victory is short-lived. As Junior slips away, Tugz—the ruthless leader of The Soldiers—launches a brutal counterattack, stabbing Rager in the back multiple times. With his brother gravely wounded, Junior reunites with the rest of the gang to stage a return for revenge. The mission shifts from mere survival to exacting payback, driven by loyalty and the sting of betrayal. In their quest to exact retribution, they cross paths with Ree Ree, Tash, and Little Lexy—a trio of young women who also have personal vendettas against Tugz. These new allies, each carrying their own hurt and need for justice, agree to lend their help, drawn by a shared sense of grievance and the chance to strike back against the man who stands at the center of their pain.
What follows is a tense, character-driven arc that tests trust, courage, and the fragile line between maintaining a moral code and giving in to violence. The Paper Chaserz, now bolstered by Ree Ree, Tash, and Little Lexy, navigate the shattered neighborhoods of London, planning and executing moves against Tugz and his crew while wrestling with the consequences of vengeance. The story weaves together themes of brotherhood, loyalty, and the pull of retaliation in a world where law and order have broken down, and every choice carries a cost.
As the gang’s plans unfold, the film keeps a steady focus on the emotional weight of each decision—how far Junior and his allies are willing to go to defend family and mates, how Rager’s earlier bravery continues to shape the gang’s approach to danger, and how the new alliance with Ree Ree, Tash, and Little Lexy might alter the balance of power in their hard-edged version of London. The result is a gritty, immersive tale of rebellion, kinship, and the price of revenge, told with a grounded, human perspective that honors the original arc while expanding the world beyond the initial skirmishes.
