Sechzehneichen (2012): Cast

A couple relocates to a seemingly idyllic gated community called Sechzehneichen. However, the wife, a photographer, finds herself increasingly restless and bored, while her husband becomes involved with a clandestine men's club. She observes that the other wives in the community appear strangely conformist and lacking depth, leading to unsettling questions about the community's true nature. The film explores themes of conformity and suburban malaise, drawing comparisons to "The Stepford Wives" but with a notably serious and austere tone.
