Decades of natural disasters and near-constant war have left the world with a single, fragile lifeline: water. The river that once fed the country has dried up long ago, and the king’s control over the remaining supply has driven prices into the stratosphere, forcing everyday people to steal out of sheer necessity. In this harsh landscape, water is more than a resource—it’s a symbol of power, and its hoarding by the crown has pushed the gap between rich and poor to the breaking point.

Sheriff Rao, a former legendary general of the king’s army, grows weary of the king’s greed and the toll it takes on ordinary citizens. He seeks help from two unlikely allies: Beelzebub and his friend Thief, who agree to join the mission. Their uneasy alliance blends Rao’s seasoned strategy with the demons’ otherworldly edge, setting the stage for a confrontation with a regime that treats water as a private treasure.

Soon after they set out, the journey hits a rough patch when their vehicle breaks down, forcing the trio to improvise. To keep moving, they seize a tank from the king’s army, a bold move that instantly draws the full fury of the crown and mobilizes a pursuing force bent on stopping them. Rao’s battlefield instincts prove crucial as he deftly maneuvers around checkpoints and skirmishes, buying precious time for the others to press toward a potential source of life.

Their quest leads them to the far end of the dried riverbed, where they uncover a lake that has become the king’s private reserve. The water is sealed behind a dam, a stark symbol of the king’s monopoly and oppression. Joined by supporters who believe in the basic human right to water, Rao and the two demons rally to act. They coordinate a bold assault to tear down the dam, striking a blow that challenges the king’s grip on the lifeblood of the land.

When the dam falls, water floods back into the countryside, reviving streams, fields, and communities long starved of relief. The return of this precious resource rebalances power, weakening the king’s hold and opening a path toward a future where access to water isn’t dictated by wealth or status. The world begins to glimpse a brighter horizon as life returns to Sand Land, and the oppressive regime that once seemed unassailable starts to crumble under the weight of renewed hope.
