In this quirky and chaotic film, the story kicks off as the students of a high school return from their spring break, only to be greeted by the arrival of a new principal, Edwin Swimper, who steps into the role after the previous principal tragically died from the intense stress caused by the school’s wild environment. The school is in utter disarray: many teachers are reluctantly teaching empty classes, hallways are cluttered with gangs fighting fiercely, and some male teachers are even seen wearing various types of armor, adding to the surreal atmosphere.

In an effort to bring order to the chaos, principal Swimper enacts a radical new policy aimed at transforming the high school into an alternative education space. As part of this experiment, traditional classes such as math are discarded in favor of unconventional ones like archery, leading the hallways to morph into improvised archery ranges. The students, under gang influence, wreak havoc in the corridors, culminating with their leader, Calvin Kenneth Robinson, setting fire to his own office out of defiance. Faced with burning frustration, Swimper abandons his reform plans and resigns on the spot.

The city council steps in, giving the teachers a final chance to find a new principal, or risk losing their jobs as the school is slated to be turned into a lucrative parking lot. The only candidate available is Peckham, played by Stu Trivax, who is fresh from a long tenure in an African high school. Despite admitting he’s out of touch with urban high school realities, vice principal Norman Relic quickly hires him. From his first day, Peckham is shocked by the school’s true nature and becomes particularly determined to restore its library, which has been reduced to a smoke-filled room without books. However, chaos erupts again when a gang-related gunfight in the hall causes Peckham to lose consciousness.

His colleagues, including Relic, hide him in the janitor’s room, but when they return, Peckham has mysteriously vanished. Determined to find him, Relic enlists the help of Sgt. Major — a rugged man wearing an overcoat and accompanied by a poodle tracking dog. The dog’s nose leads them to the school’s toilets, which are secretly transformed into a health club financed by Calvin using PTA funds that never actually reached the faculty. Inside, Relic confronts Calvin’s gang, joining them in a Jacuzzi and sharing their weed, blurring the lines between authority and chaos.

As external pressure mounts, city inspectors arrive to evaluate the school’s status. Knowing they’ll never pass official standards, Relic returns to negotiate with Calvin. Meanwhile, the inspectors, including the returning principal Swimper, see only the surface improvements: the hallways are march-ready, the gym is fully equipped, and the library is filled with books, videos, and tapes. Calvin, ever resourceful, manipulates the rival gang into a zoo truck scheme to distract them from the cafeteria, which remains unrenovated due to gang conflicts.

The inspectors, led by a now-discredited Swimper, are misled into thinking the school has been reformed. Meanwhile, Ms. Simpson, the guidance counselor played by Shirley Merovitz, fails to help a student and suddenly notices Swimper. Mistaking him for her former lover, she throws herself at him, leading to a series of comic misunderstandings. Relic seizes this moment to tarnish Swimper’s reputation, but chaos ensues as Ms. Simpson attempts to force herself on Swimper, resulting in him fleeing the school amid her shouting, desperate pursuit, and comic escapades in the streets.

Following these wild events, the cafeteria is finally transformed into an upscale restaurant, where waiters serve food to the inspectors and secretly indulge themselves with drugs in their meals. High on the drugs, the inspectors pass the school, effectively thwarting the city council’s plans to demolish it. Relic, true to his word, allows Calvin’s gang to graduate with decent grades and even gives them hopes of college admission. As Calvin prepares to leave, he introduces his younger brother, a freshman, whose impulsive and explosive personality results in him blowing up Relic’s room with dynamite, wrapping up the film’s chaotic and humorous narrative.

This film combines satire, absurdity, and satire-driven comedy to portray a hilariously exaggerated vision of a buckling high school and the wild antics that unfold within it.
