What Is Rakenrol About?

The premise of Rakenrol without spoilers.

Odie and his best friend Irene, both outsiders, discover a sense of belonging in the Philippine underground music scene. Determined to create their own sound, they assemble an eccentric lineup—a former school bully, an ex‑punk now a barista, and a former child‑star turned band manager. Their chaotic quest brings them face‑to‑face with satanic S&M groups, samurai‑styled swindlers, narcissistic rock stars, the pretentious local art world, and a bizarre music‑video auteur.
