What Is Railways About?
The premise of Railways without spoilers.
A heartwarming story of Hajime, a 50‑year‑old executive set to inherit an electronics firm, whose world shifts when his mother falls ill and his best friend dies. He returns to his Shimane hometown, confronts his estranged family, and rediscovers his childhood wish to become a conductor on the historic Ichibata Electric Railway, operating since 1911. Riding the local “bataden” train, he finds new purpose.
