In Bongsun, Pahang, a tense shootout unfolds as the Malaysian police confront members of the terrorist group al-Minas. The conflict culminates with the capture of their leader, who is left severely wounded, while his brother, Saif Hasyam, manages to escape, swearing vengeance.

As months pass, Inspectors Sani and Khai become involved in a collaborative effort with Indonesian police to intercept a drug deal orchestrated by a known dealer, Riky. Amid the chaos of the operation, they inadvertently encounter an undercover Indonesian officer, Rian. Initially unaware of her true identity, Sani and Khai engage her, only for her to escape. Rian relays crucial intelligence to her superior, Komisaris Adli Apda, but soon discovers that Apda is colluding with Riky, compromising their mission by tipping off Riky, allowing him to narrowly evade capture. In a tense moment, Rian defends herself and shoots Riky.

Following these events, information surfaces indicating that the al-Minas faction is planning a trade on the fictional island of Pulau Cherong. Sani and Khai, accompanied by officers Lah and Dan, set out to investigate. During their reconnaissance on the island, they encounter Rian again, who seeks to apprehend Riky given the unraveling situation around the trade. However, everything takes a dark turn when the al-Minas terrorists launch a gas attack, taking villagers hostage. During the chaos, Khai becomes separated while pursuing a terrorist, Lah is killed in the ensuing gunfire, and both Sani and Dan are taken captive.

Khai returns to find Rian unconscious but is soon knocked unconscious by a gas tank explosion. In Kuala Lumpur, police head SAC Dato’ Azizat Mansor attempts to negotiate for the hostages held by Saif, who, in a ruthless display of power, demands the return of his brother and executes two hostages when his demands are not met promptly. In retaliation, a tactical unit, UKAP (Unit Khas Anti-Pengganas), is deployed to rescue the remaining hostages.

Waking up with a sense of urgency, Khai forges a plan with Rian to restore communications, utilizing a tower to signal their headquarters about the radar detection on the island. Unfortunately, the tactical team falls into an ambush, leading to the loss of six operatives. Khai and Rian regroup with a handful of surviving UKAP operatives and work to eliminate the remaining al-Minas insurgents.

In a turn of fate, Sani and Dan manage to overpower their captors and confront Saif directly, but are thwarted as Saif’s men retaliate, leading to Dan’s tragic execution. Despite orders to refrain from unnecessary risks due to scant support, Khai chooses to attempt a rescue for Sani, gaining support from the remaining operatives and Rian. A clever plan is devised, involving a fake body rigged with explosives to deceive Saif during a hostage handover. HQ approves this risky maneuver.

The ensuing operation successfully liberates 200 villagers and rescues Sani, who grapples with guilt over Dan’s death. Khai assures him of his duty to safeguard their country, as they uncover Riky’s dead body, revealing Apda’s betrayal through Riky’s cellphone, leading them to apologize to Rian for their prior mistrust.

The explosive ruse against the terrorists is set into motion, resulting in a chaotic confrontation where the UKAP operatives suffer casualties. In a heated struggle, Khai faces severe injuries but manages to shoot Saif just as he prepares to execute Sani. Despite the perils faced, both Khai and Sani emerge alive, recuperating from their injuries, with the film concluding on a hopeful note as they watch the serene beauty of the beach, reflecting on their sacrifices and survival.
