Following the 2011 Tohoku earthquake, Saeko and Yukako, two women living in a Tokyo apartment complex, find themselves grappling with anxiety and uncertainty. Saeko, navigating a divorce, fears for her daughter's safety amidst concerns about radiation exposure. Yukako, equally apprehensive, urges her husband to relocate. Their lives intertwine when Yukako intervenes during Saeko's attempt to end her life, forging an unexpected friendship born from shared anxieties and a desire for stability.
