The premise of North of Hudson Bay without spoilers.
Set against the vast white wilderness, Mike Dane travels north on a steamboat to the gold fields where his brother struck fortune. He falls for Estelle MacDonald, but upon reaching the remote Canadian trading post he discovers his brother has been murdered and his partner has been condemned as the killer.
