Check out what happened in Nobody!

Hutch Mansell, a seemingly ordinary man (Bob Odenkirk) living an unfulfilling life with his strained marriage to Becca (Connie Nielsen), two children Blake and Abby in tow. His days are filled with the monotony of an office job and a sense of inadequacy seeps into every pore. But one fateful evening, a group of burglars invade their home, brandishing a weapon that leaves Hutch prepared for battle, only to hesitate at the last minute. Blake, his young son, had one of the thieves in a precarious grip, but instead of capitalizing on the opportunity, Hutch asks him to release the intruder, a decision that would soon label him as a failure in the eyes of those around him.

As he confides in his brother Harry about the incident, it becomes clear that Hutch's reluctance to attack was due to the burglars' unloaded gun. This revelation is shared over a radio hidden in his office, a secret only known to the two brothers. Meanwhile, Eddie Williams (Michael Ironside), Hutch's father-in-law and boss, offers him a firearm for protection, which he declines. The tension between them grows as Hutch has also proposed buying out Eddie's business, an offer deemed less than satisfactory.

The rug is pulled from beneath Hutch's feet when his daughter reports the loss of her precious bracelet, prompting him to embark on a quest to reclaim it. His suspicions point to the same group of burglars he encountered previously. Upon tracking them down, he discovers that they don't possess the stolen item and instead learns about their desperate circumstances, driven by the need to care for their sick child.

The following day, Hutch's bus ride is disrupted by a group of thugs, which sets off a chain reaction of violence as he brutally beats them into submission. Back home, Becca nurses his wounds, her knowing glances hinting at an awareness of Hutch's troubled past. The situation takes a darker turn when one of the men Hutch had attacked, Teddy (Aleksandr Pal), is revealed to be the brother of Yulian Kuznetsov (Aleksei Serebryakov), a ruthless Russian crime lord safeguarding his organization's lifeblood - the Obshak, or Common Treasury money used to settle disputes.

As Yulian tracks Hutch down via his metro card, which he had lost on the bus, he sets in motion a plan to bring him in alive. This development is met with a warning from Harry about the men Hutch had previously attacked being linked to Yulian. He advises Hutch to reach out to The Barber (Colin Salmon), his former government handler, for guidance and support.

As chaos erupts around him, Hutch takes decisive action to safeguard his family, eliminating the attackers and revealing his true identity as a former "auditor" - a highly skilled assassin utilized by intelligence agencies. This revelation is merely a glimpse into his complex past, where he previously spared a target who went on to reform and build a new life with a loving family of his own. Seeking a similar sense of peace, Hutch chose to retire from the deadly game.

With his family safely hidden away, Hutch sets out to reclaim his hidden wealth and retrieves the precious bracelet that had been hiding in plain sight under his couch all along. In a bold move, he torches his home, effectively disposing of the unwanted visitors and makes off with his neighbor's prized classic Dodge Challenger.

Meanwhile, David (Christopher Lloyd), Hutch's father, proves that age is just a number as he takes down two would-be assassins at his retirement community with ease. Back in the action, Hutch uses his ill-gotten gains to acquire his father-in-law's metal fabrication factory and proceeds to booby-trap every inch of it, transforming the once-quaint workshop into an elaborate killing zone.

Hutch then pays a visit to Yulian, extending an olive branch and proposing a mutually beneficial truce. He explains that Yulian's attacks on his family sparked a chain reaction, ultimately leading to the destruction of the Obshak and its financial backing. With Yulian's men no longer able to finance their operations, Hutch offers him a chance at a peaceful retirement on a secluded Caribbean island, free from the grasp of the Russian mafia.

However, Yulian and his cohorts refuse to back down, tracking Hutch to the factory where they launch a surprise attack. In a stunning turn of events, Harry (RZA) and David join forces with Hutch, providing a withering suppressive fire that draws the Russians into the very trap Hutch had laid in wait.

As the two sides engage in a brutal firefight, Hutch unleashes his arsenal of deadly traps and weapons, eliminating Yulian's men one by one. In the end, only Hutch, Harry, and David emerge unscathed from the carnage.

Though arrested initially, Hutch is released without charges thanks to a mysterious phone call that seems to hold significant influence. Three months later, as Hutch and his wife are preparing to start anew in their dream home, they receive another cryptic message - one that suggests Hutch's exceptional skills may still be in high demand.
