A fresh batch of trainees arrives at the army training center (SAT) near the Kashmir border, and the daily grind begins under the watch of Major Ravindran Nair, Mammootty. The instructor is a hard-edged, no-nonsense figure who tests discipline, teamwork, and grit through grueling drills, while humor quietly punctuates the intense atmosphere as bonds form among the recruits.

Trouble starts when the underworld, led by Devan as Kumar, buys two cadets from the batch to smuggle drugs across the border into the neighboring country, hinted at Pakistan. This dangerous twist shows how easily loyalty can be bought and how far some will go to profit, even as the rest of the group tries to stay focused on their training.

One trainee, Antony, portrayed by Mukesh, is killed by the criminals, and the blame lands squarely on Nair. The camp fractures as whispers of treachery swirl, and Nair finds himself ostracized, forced to flee the center before a chance to clear his name re-emerges.

The plot thickens with the arrival of a smuggler and Kumar’s partner, James, who steps in as SAT’s new trainer, Major Nambiar. James brings a calculated plan to move the ammunition stored at SAT—an asset worth millions—to the enemy state, raising the stakes for everyone involved and turning the operation into a high-stakes chess game.

Nair returns at the crucial moment, rallying his students to foil the traitors. With the help of several cadets, including Suresh Gopi as Gopakumar, K. B. Ganesh Kumar as Ganeshan, Kunchan as Mohan, Vijayaraghavan as Rishi, and Maniyanpilla Raju as Chandran Pillai, he coordinates a counterstrike that leverages teamwork, training, and a renewed sense of duty. The plan disrupts the criminals’ operation, preserves the camp’s integrity, and reframes the mission in terms of loyalty, courage, and the thin line between discipline and justice.

In the end, the soldiers prove that steadfast mentorship and brotherhood can prevail even when schemes and external pressures loom large, delivering a message about resilience, integrity, and the enduring power of a united, well-led unit.
