Money Hai Toh Honey Hai follows six individuals who are each struggling in their own way, trying to hold on to small hopes while facing personal and professional setbacks.

Bobby Arora, Govinda, is a happy-go-lucky guy who runs away from home to prove himself and find his place in the world. Lallabhai Bharodia, Manoj Bajpayee, becomes wealthy after winning the lottery, but his sudden fortune collapses when his business fails, leaving him with nothing again. Gaurav Negi, Aftab Shivdasani, works as a copywriter and meets a harsh reality when he is fired from his job, forcing him to reassess his path. Manikchand “Manik” Khiralal, Upen Patel, is a struggling model who makes risky choices, even sleeping with a middle-aged fashion designer in hopes of landing a big break. Ashima Kapoor, Hansika Motwani, is a successful TV star who feels unfulfilled with her career and longs to act in films. Shruti, Celina Jaitly, is a designer facing her own set of professional hurdles as she tries to make a name for herself in the fashion world.

One day, the six friends receive an SMS informing them that they are the owners of Shahenshah Jaiswal’s 1000-crore company. However, their happiness is short-lived when they discover that the company is in debt of 1200 crores. They are told that they will be kept under house arrest until the debt is repaid, a heavy weight that tests their resolve and solidarity.

Rather than give up, the six of them pool their talents and resources, deciding to use the extra cloth left from a failed shipment to Korea to create garments that are affordable for ordinary people. They stage a bold fashion show to showcase these accessible designs, and the event turns into a surprising success, catching the eye of the bank. The bank agrees to help them repay the debt, and slowly the six friends manage to turn the company around, transforming a crisis into a new chance for themselves and their shared dream.
