Mirror, Mirror 1978
Heavily influenced by the French stage sensation La Cage Aux Folles, filmed the same year, this drag‑queen comedy follows a group of gay men who share an apartment with a naïve straight country boy. By day their lives are monotonous; by night they appear desperate, garbed in peacock plumes and high heels, drifting without purpose.
