Michael Jackson’s Dangerous Tour set a new standard for live shows. The massive production required 20 trucks and three days to assemble, touring 69 venues to 3.5 million fans. Spectacular pyrotechnics, stage illusions and a stuntman heightened the performance. Jackson donated the tour’s $100 million proceeds to charity. The October 1 1992 concert in Bucharest was recorded, broadcast on HBO, and aired in 60 countries, continuing to inspire audiences worldwide.
