Yoon Ji-wook, Cha Seung-won plays a hard-as-nails homicide detective whose relentless drive to nab violent criminals has earned him legendary status within the police and a feared reputation among the underworld. Behind that cool, macho exterior lies a private truth he has kept hidden for years: he was born male and has longed to live as a woman. He does his best to suppress this inner voice, but the truth cannot stay silent forever. He resolves to pursue a gender-affirmation operation, aiming to live openly as the person he truly is. When several of these people are killed and a young woman named Jang-mi falls into grave danger, he understands that he can no longer stand by.
