Mad Dogs 2015
In the mid-1990s, Danilo, Marcio, and Yuri left Brazil seeking to surf the world’s most famous waves, arriving in Hawaii with little money or English. They witnessed the rise of tow surfing, pioneered by Laird Hamilton and his team, who used jet skis to conquer massive outer reef waves. Inspired by Hamilton's success and driven by a dream to surf Jaws in a traditional style, the three surfers embarked on a five-year challenge, repeatedly attempting to paddle into the formidable waves, relying solely on their skill and determination.
