A casket carrying the body of Rafeeq is flown from Dubai to the Calicut International Airport in Kozhikode and, after a tense handoff, is moved by ambulance toward its destination. En route, a crew of criminals hired by Muhammed Unni launches a calculated ambush in a bid to recover the 100 kilograms of gold hidden inside the casket. When the box is finally opened at gunpoint, the thieves discover the gold is gone, sparking a swift pivot in the scheme.
Around the same time, Jayanthi, Andrea Jeremiah, arrives in Kochi from Mumbai in search of her missing husband, Ramesh, an IRS officer who used to vanish for various reasons and is now suspected in the gold smuggling. To aid her quest, Jayanthi hires a taxi and begins driving to a string of locations, while the driver she hires, Raju, shows more than a driver’s curiosity—he is entangled in the same investigation to locate Ramesh and the missing gold. At Jayanthi’s request, Raju accompanies her to her mother-in-law’s home, where he cooks and converses in ways that win their trust.
Jayanthi then asks Raju to take her to Kochi to visit ACP Chandrasekharan, who pledges to look into Ramesh’s disappearance. Afterward, Raju drives Jayanthi to Rekha, Chandrasekharan’s wife and a close friend, and during their talk, Jayanthi receives a surprising phone call from Ramesh, who claims he is in Kovalam for a meeting and urges her to come home the next day.
In a later turn, Chandrasekharan reveals that the phone number Ramesh used was actually in Kochi, not Kovalam, and it’s disclosed that Sudheer, Ramesh’s brother, is entangled in the smuggling plot. Meanwhile, Unni, Babu, Shaji, Shenoy, and an MLA regroup on a rooftop to discuss the missing gold and the sense that Ramesh may be involved. They devise a plan to kidnap Jayanthi to force Ramesh to return the gold.
An unexpected raid targets Jayanthi and Raju, but the latter fights back when Jayanthi is knocked unconscious during the attack. Raju drags the semi-conscious Jayanthi to safety and reveals that he is part of a larger operation to bring Ramesh and the missing gold to light. He explains that Ramesh has become a target, and the team now moves carefully to protect her.
Back at Rekha’s home, Raju’s actions draw attention, and the investigation’s focus shifts to him. With their cover identity—pilgrims from Sabarimala—Raju and his team attempt to entrap Jayanthi in a van. Ameer Amanulla, pretending to be an informer for Arif Bhai, lures Jayanthi into the trap. Interrogation backfires as Jayanthi confronts the crew about the 30,000 Dirham she received from Arif in Dubai and the circumstances around Rafeeq’s death.
Jayanthi then reveals that Rafeeq was pushed from a building as part of Arif’s grand plan to move the gold, banking on the assumption that no suspicion would fall on the casket. The investigation lead takes them to Ramesh’s parents’ home, where Raju captures Ramesh and others involved, but ultimately lets Ramesh go. A twist emerges: the supposed co-smuggler Shaji, a young politician, had betrayed Unni and kept the gold for himself.
After the gold is recovered, Raju and his team are detained by local police. Raju declares himself a RAW agent and claims his team’s intelligence credentials, revealing the truth: they are the actual smugglers.
