Twenty-five years after the events of the original movie, Richard Williams has become an ordained Man-of-God, renouncing his ties to the secret cult once known as the Brotherhood of the Six. The sect has grown into an international network, with most Nigerian survivors of the 1996 Otokoto riots fleeing the country, save for Chief Emeka Omego — now an Imo State governorship aspirant — and Mike Ekejimbe, who remain. The film opens with Omego’s son Obinna Omego murdering his young daughter Kosi in a forest as part of a money-making ritual, and, in a somber nod to the original story, her spirit torments her father throughout the movie, driving him toward insanity and ultimately to suicide.

In the background, Nnamdi Okeke—Andy Okeke’s secret son by his late second wife Ego—has been raised by his maternal relatives Pascal Nworie and his wife Eunice Nworie, and he shares a close bond with their son Toby Nworie. Ambitious but frequently unlucky, Nnamdi struggles to find steady work as an advertising executive five years after graduation. Despite his uncle’s warnings about Omego’s occult background, he longs for a luxurious lifestyle and begins courting influence through connections with Omego’s wife Nneka Omego and her son, who offer to help him break into the advertising world.

During a tense office presentation pitching a campaign for a new rail network, a billionaire tycoon catches Nnamdi’s eye, mentoring him and thrusting him into high society, vast wealth, and rapid recognition. Unbeknownst to Nnamdi, this magnate is the new leader of The Six, and the Okeke lineage finds itself pulled toward the dark path once again. All the while, Andy’s past weighs on the family, tying their fate to the very cult he rejected.

As Nnamdi climbs higher, he falls for Kelly Nwankwo, a captivating presence at high-society events, including Obinna’s wedding seven months after his wife’s death. The romance complicates his loyalties and makes the peril of the Six even more personal. The cult’s demands grow darker, and the unnamed magnate behind Nnamdi’s ascent begins to push for blood, steering the plot toward a fatal confrontation that could seal the Okeke family’s fate.

Bound by the cult’s orders, Nnamdi is pressed to participate in a sacrifice involving Kelly, a crisis that pits his newfound desires against the brutal dictates of The Six. The tension intensifies when Toby Norie — who has been trying to reach him — visits, and the tension bursts into action as Richard possesses Nnamdi, ordering him to stab his sleeping cousin. In a desperate reversal, Nnamdi stabs himself instead and is rushed to the hospital, where he begins to reconcile with his father, Andy.

Meanwhile, members of The Six are arrested after a recording Obinna sent Uzoma is used as evidence. Yet Richard manages to dodge indictment and is seen on his private jet before the ending credits roll, leaving the future of the Okeke lineage, the Six, and the whole family shrouded in danger and unanswered questions.
