What Is Lewd Lizard About?

The premise of Lewd Lizard without spoilers.

After his girlfriend leaves him for a rich businessman, a man captures lizards on a walk and brings them home. He fixates on stolen women's underwear, mixes its fluids with a compound, and injects the blend into the lizards.
