Captain Jacob Stephan, better known as Anakkattil Chackochi, Suresh Gopi and his friend Karimbanadan Sunny head to Pollachi to meet Andipetti Veerapandi Thevar, a man who runs a thriving spirit business. Thevar agrees to help once he learns that Chackochi is the son of M G Soman, Aanakkattil Eappachen. This connection deepens the alliance and sets the stage for a clash of fates between ambition, family ties, and the underworld of liquor.

On their return, a routine check post intervenes, and a local cop named John Maruthanayagam helps steer them toward safety. Back in Pathanamthitta and Kottayam, Eappachan’s liquor empire faces relentless pressure from rivals, especially the Kadayadi Group—a trio led by Kadayadi Raghavan, Kadayadi Thampy, and Kadayadi Baby—who stand with Kunnel Mathachan and his sons Kunnel Outha and Kunnel Chandi in their bid to seize control. The power struggle is not just business; it is personal, rooted in a life of hard work and stark contrasts between humble origins and a sprawling criminal economy.

Chackochi leads a life of leisure in the company of Hussein and Oommachan, while pursuing a romance with Gowri Parvathi, a royal lineage RDO played by Kausalya. The circle around him includes Kochu Thresya Kochu, portrayed by [Kaviyoor Renuka], who adds another layer to the family-and-forces dynamic at the heart of the city’s liquor trade.

The K.K Group consistently tests Eappachan’s dominance, employing illegal methods to regain leverage. Eappachan offers to share profits to settle the dispute, but the Kadayadi and Kunnel clans push further, aligning with Excise Minister Balakrishnan and Eappachan’s right-hand man Kattithara Paappi. In a brutal ambush, Baby strikes from behind and ends Eappachan’s life, forcing Chackochi to step forward as the new head of the liquor business.

With his father gone, Chackochi wields the controls while navigating pressure from both the police and his rivals. Jayasimhan, the detective investigating Eappachan’s murder, is secretly entangled with the Kadayadi syndicate, complicating the pursuit of truth and justice. Chackochi refuses to bow to the official verdict, and the search for the killer intensifies as he begins to probe the case himself. The authorities unveil Keeri Vasavan as a suspect, but bail is granted due to insufficient evidence, leaving the truth perilously unresolved.

Determined to safeguard the business, Chackochi decides to entrust the operation to trusted employees. Sunny betrays him, joining the Kadayadi faction and selling Hussein to them, where Hussein endures brutal questioning but remains tight-lipped about the inner workings of Chackochi’s empire. A fierce confrontation follows: Thampi and Sunny fall, and Chackochi overcomes Kadayadi Raghavan, Kunnel Mathachan, and Kunnel Outha. Outha meets his end at Hussein’s hands, and Baby moves to finish Gowri Parvathi and Chackochi. Gowri Parvathi steps in, but Baby’s shot sends a shock through the room, setting off a blaze that engulfs the scene. Raghavan dies in the flames, and Baby is killed as the liquor warehouse erupts in a cataclysmic explosion. In the end, Chackochi escapes the chaos with Hussein, Gowri Parvathi, and Oommachan, carving out a path forward amid the ashes of a violent power struggle.

The story closes on a note of survival and withdrawal from the old shadows, with Chackochi carrying the weight of the night’s losses and the heavy cost of keeping a business and a family safe in a city where loyalty shifts as quickly as the flames of a fire.
