Sandra Punnoose discovers she has only six months to live, a revelation that drives her to take drastic steps. She hires a professional killer, Christy Lopez, who arrives under the guise of a caretaker named Solomon Joseph. Christy’s mission is clear, but Sandra’s plan collides with the chaos of a tense escape when Christy’s attempt goes awry and Sandra narrowly escapes, though her driver is wounded in the process.

The case lands on the desk of the steadfast police officer Surya Narayanan. He questions Sandra to gather the truth and quickly learns about Christy’s sinister presence, setting off a manhunt to bring the killer to justice. Meanwhile, Christy keeps returning to the hunt, attempting to eliminate Sandra again and again, his failures fueling an obsessive fixation. The danger escalates until Sandra learns from Lavanya’s brother Ramdas Menon, a doctor in the United States, that her illness is indeed curable. This new hope motivates her to travel to the US for treatment, and upon returning, she openly confesses her love to Satya, with both deciding to marry.

On the day of the wedding, a shocking betrayal unfolds. Christy drugs Satya and slips into his groom’s role, driving away with Sandra under false pretenses. Satya, groggy but alive, manages to call home, and Sandra realizes through the muffled sounds on the line that it is Christy who is with her in the car. She cleverly feigns a return to normal conversation, coaxing Christy into revealing their actual destination.

The getaway leads to a remote island rendezvous, where Christy intends to finish the plan. A brutal confrontation erupts: Christy overpowers Satya, and just as the killer is about to seal the fate, Surya Narayanan arrives and shoots Christy, sending him plummeting into the sea. The narrative closes with the couple leaving the tense scene behind, accompanied by the police, while Christy emerges from the water—not dead, but defeated—setting the stage for an uneasy aftermath.
