What Is Kidnapped About?
The premise of Kidnapped without spoilers, adapted from Kidnapped by Robert Louis Stevenson and Donald McFarlan.
After his father's death, David Balfour leaves school, but Uncle Ebenezer sells him into servitude on a ship. Stuart loyalist Alan Breck Stewart boards by chance, rescues David and brings him to Edinburgh. They meet, aiding each other against Redcoats. Though David remains loyal to English crown, he sees its oppression, and both face their enemies.
