Rina Takeda stars as Ayaka Kurenai, the spirited youngest member of a karate lineage that traces back to the Okinawan master Shoujirou Kurenai. Ayaka grows up in a world where discipline, tradition, and family ties shape every punch and every breath, and her days are guided by the patient, encouraging presence of their father, Tatsuya Naka, who urges them to train and honor the family art. But peace shatters when a mysterious group storms their dojo, strikes down the father, Natsuki, the sister who shares their heritage, and swipes the family’s sacred black belt, a symbol that has graced their lineage for more than two centuries.
Years slip by, and Ayaka has settled into a quiet, ordinary life as a high school student in Yokohama. A moment of courage in the streets—when she stops a purse snatching with her karate—propels her into the public eye after a passerby records the encounter. The footage spreads, catching the attention of a shadowy organization with a dark history connected to her family’s past, and the quiet life she once knew begins to fracture under the weight of a looming threat.
Natsuki, on the other hand, has been forged by the same group into a controlled and deadly fighter, raised away from her sister’s world and trained to be a weapon. The reunion of the Kurenai sisters becomes a crossfire between loyalty and danger as the organization closes in, each side driven by a different understanding of the family’s legacy and its power.
With love as their compass and the teachings of their father echoing in their memories, Ayaka makes a vow: to do whatever it takes to bring Natsuki back and reclaim the black belt that binds their fates. The film unfolds as a measured, emotionally charged battle between two sisters who share blood and history but stand on opposite sides of a conflict that could redefine their family’s legacy. Throughout the tension, the story explores themes of heritage, resilience, and reconciliation, inviting viewers to witness how courage can emerge from the most personal of quests and how faith in kin can drive even the most daunting acts of courage.
