In the village of Ratodi, a spectral terror named Kakuda Mahesh Jadhav is said to appear every Tuesday at 7:15 pm. Each house guards a tiny door that must be opened at that precise moment; if the door remains closed, Kakuda enters, kicks the male resident, and a fatal hump appears, with the victim dying 13 days later. The village lives in a tense rhythm of fear and ritual, where a missed door slam could unleash a deadly, creeping curse.

Sunny [Saqib Saleem][/actor/saqib-saleem] marries Indira Sonakshi Sinha despite her father’s objections, hoping to start a new life away from the old town’s superstitions. On their wedding night, Sunny forgets to open the small door, and the couple’s happiness is abruptly interrupted by Kakuda’s curse. Indira, initially skeptical of anything beyond the medical, searches for explanations in science and reason, yet the curse stubbornly persists, gnawing at every hopeful moment.

Desperate for answers, Indira turns to Victor Ritesh Deshmukh, a seasoned ghost hunter who travels with questions and a notebook full of legends. Together, they dig into Kakuda’s origins, tracing a path from rumor to history, hoping to understand what keeps the spirit tethered to Ratodi. The investigation uncovers a sorrowful tale: Kakuda was once a kind circus dwarf who healed villagers with a decisive right kick, but a spiteful outbreak of rumors of an affair leads to his brutal killing by the very people he helped. His pain morphs into a vengeful obsession, and his spirit returns to haunt the village he once protected.

With this revelation, Victor, Indira, Sunny, and a cast of other locals devise a perilous plan to defeat Kakuda by focusing on the source of his power—the supernatural right leg. The scheme unfolds through a tense blend of possession, misdirection, and careful manipulation, testing trust and bravery in equal measure. In a climactic confrontation, Victor severs Kakuda’s leg, a brutal act that breaks the curse and liberates Sunny and the villagers from the nightmarish cycle. Sunny recovers, the town breathes again, and the immediate threat seems vanquished.

Yet the final moments leave a careful, uneasy note: the story hints that the danger might not be entirely gone, lingering just beneath the surface and waiting to resurface if the doors are ever forgotten again.
