What Is Jo’s Boy About?
The premise of Jo’s Boy without spoilers.
Jo Canavero, a third‑generation rugby legend, lives in a tiny village in the Tarn region with his only son Tom. While Jo expects his son to carry on the family’s storied tradition on the pitch, thirteen‑year‑old Tom excels at mathematics and shows little talent for the sport. Undeterred, Jo decides to set up a rugby team specifically for Tom, despite the whole village’s objections and Tom’s own wishes.
