In the vibrant city of Kochi, a sharp-witted pickpocket Alvy Benedict teams up with a cautious software professional Janaki in a tale that twists ordinary life into something almost magical. The trouble begins when a pair of stolen rings, rumored to be cursed or somehow enchanted, lands in their hands through a reckless chain of luck and crime. One ring ends up with Janaki after she wins it in a game at a shopping centre, while the other continues to circle through a web of petty crime and misadventure. That night, curiosity and bravado push them to try the rings, sparking a transformation that turns their worlds upside down.

The next morning reveals the unbelievable: they have swapped bodies. Alvy Benedict wakes up inside Janaki’s life, and Janaki finds herself navigating the city’s rhythms from his perspective. Their friends and confidants are suddenly faced with a baffling mystery as attempts to reverse the swap fail. The pair must improvise on the fly, learning to read each other’s days—Alvy grapples with Janaki’s routines and relationships, while she experiences the pinch of Alvy’s street-smarts and the city from a new angle. Janaki’s mother, Sulochana, played by [Ambika Mohan], and her grandmother, [Valsala Menon], arrive at the home to check on her, and soon the group collaborates to keep the swapped pair safe while searching for a cure. Under pressure, Alvy is forced to impersonate Janaki to maintain the family’s trust and keep up appearances, which adds a layer of tension and tenderness to their unfolding relationship. The two begin to realize that their swapped lives have softened rough edges and sparked unexpected feelings.

A turning point comes when a wandering historian is sought to untangle the mystery. He asks them to recall anything unusual from the last 15 days, inviting a careful inventory of events. The couple recalls receiving the ring as a gift and shows the historian a picture of the ring, confirming a critical truth: the rings swap bodies, and they must reverse the swap before sunset on the 15th day, or they will remain in their swapped forms forever. This looming deadline injects urgency and gravity into their evolving bond, transforming curiosity and humor into a genuine connection that feels possible outside the swap.

Driven by a shared need to reclaim their lives, they locate the rings and prepare to swap back. Yet danger looms: Janaki, in Alvy’s body, is kidnapped by smugglers who want the ring, forcing Alvy to confront old instincts in a new body. He battles the criminals, while their ally Vikki [Balu Varghese], keeps the group safe and helps orchestrate a return to normalcy. In the final act, the rings are used and the two reclaim their original selves just as law enforcement arrives to arrest the smugglers, bringing the immediate danger to a close.

The story closes with a light-hearted post-credits beat: two robbers who originally stole the rings from a museum trial a second misstep by swapping bodies with one another, hinting that the rings’ mischief may have more life in it than anyone expected.
