Flint, re-entering the fray, boards a Cuba-bound flight disguised as a revolutionary, creates a dramatic distraction, parachutes into the Virgin Islands, and swims to the Fabular Face complex. There, he is confronted by Norton, who guides him to the leadership chamber, only to face a confrontation with Carter’s men. A fierce struggle follows, and Flint is captured again, along with Cramden, the President, and the Fabulous Face leadership, all sealed in cryogenic suspension in anticipation of further moves.
