Detective Martinez (Jesús Ochoa) is assigned a bizarre murder spree: several street prostitutes die from orgasms so intense they become fatal. He partners with cultural anthropologist Onofre (Daniel Giménez Cacho) and gains unexpected help from Father Gorkisolo (Santiago Segura), a priest unusually versed in sexual matters.
