After being forced out of a terrible rock band, Jason heads to Brittlehouse Manor, a remote health farm overseen by the leather‑gloved, former Nazi scientist Dr. Storm. En route he meets Judy, who is traveling to the manor to see her aunt, Storm’s wife. Upon arrival they quickly sense something is amiss: guests appear brain‑less, blood pools from the sinks, and a strange dwarf repeatedly urges them to brush their teeth.

Jason Jones, a songwriter desperate to break into pop, finds that the dream he chases is as fragile as a bruised ego after a failed run at the music business leaves him with nothing but a bloody nose. He signs on with Hairy Holidays, a rough-edged travel outfit run by the sly Pollack, hoping for a fresh start. After Pollack’s awkward attempts to charm him are rebuffed, the agent sends Jason off toward Brittlehurst Manor, a pseudo-health farm that promises renewal but hides something far more sinister.
On the train toward this destination, Jason crosses paths with Judy Peters, who is traveling to meet her long-lost aunt. The two strangers share a sense of mounting unease as they approach Horror Hospital, a place that will reveal itself as Dr. Storm’s front for lobotomy experiments designed to turn free-spirited youths into mindless slaves. The revelation lands with a cold shock: the hospital’s wheelchair-using doctor surrounds himself with an odd entourage that includes Judy’s aunt, Olga, a dwarf named Frederick, and a cadre of zombie biker thugs. Dr. Storm’s world is a surreal blend of medical oddities and dangerous gadgetry, including a Princess car fitted with a giant blade capable of decapitating anyone who interferes with his plan.
Abraham arrives at Horror Hospital looking for his chick, and his arrival is met with brutal resistance from Storm’s motorcycle zombies. The tension inside the hospital escalates as the sinister scheme tightens its grip on the vulnerable residents and visitors alike. Frederick, worn down by a lifetime of being Storm’s whipping boy, reaches a breaking point and helps the kids escape, effectively tearing a crack open in Storm’s carefully controlled world. This act of rebellion paves the way for the 1970s youth to push back against Storm’s scheme and introduce a much-needed wrench into the works.
Throughout the escape, the group must navigate the eerie corridors, the clatter of mechanized oddities, and the ever-present threat of Storm’s decapitating machine while clinging to a fragile hope that freedom might still be within reach. The story moves with a raw, offbeat energy that blends dark humor with a satirical take on control, conformity, and the power of youth to challenge a system bent on turning individuality into control. In the end, the film tracks a hopeful pivot from vulnerability to resistance, anchored by a cast of misfits who refuse to be erased by a Morbid dream of order.
