Two corrupt politicians recruit rival crime lords to wipe each other out, sparking a vicious underworld war. Lamboo Aata Ishrat Ali and Bulla Mukesh Rishi are unleashed to settle scores, with Lamboo Aata starting the bloodshed by killing one of Bulla’s men and inviting a brutal response. Bulla answers in kind by murdering Lamboo Aata’s brother, setting a high-stakes feud in motion. The violence escalates when Lamboo Aata commits a horrific act—rape and murder of Bulla’s sister—fueling Bulla’s hunger for vengeance and a deadly crown for the toughest, most feared player in the city.
Enter Shankar Mithun Chakraborty, a cool-headed laborer known as a lone fighter who shares a home with his policeman father, his sister Geeta Sapna Sappu, and a cheeky pet monkey named Tinku. Geeta’s friend Ganga Verna Raj harbors feelings for Shankar, but he remains aloof, focused on the mounting danger and personal mission at hand. When Shankar enters a fighting contest orchestrated by Bulla to help a laborer fund his daughter’s wedding, he defeats Bulla’s champion, proving his raw strength and resolve.
Shankar’s father, trying to halt the extortion ring run by Bulla’s gang, is assaulted by the thugs, and Shankar rushes in to defend him. The war’s brutality deepens as Bulla’s revenge takes a darker turn: Naatey kidnaps Geeta, who is briefly rescued by Gulshan Gulshan Rana only to reveal a grim trap. Gulshan marries Geeta only to betray her, handing her over to Bulla’s brother Chutiya Shakti Kapoor, who rapes and kills Geeta before discarding her body in the jungle. The cruel discovery by Shankar’s loyal monkey companion Tinku leads him to Geeta’s lifeless form, and he swears to destroy Bulla and all his henchmen within ten days.
A devastating blow comes when Shankar’s father confronts a corrupt inspector and is murdered by the same forces he sought to challenge. From there, Shankar begins a relentless purge, targeting Bulla’s crew—beheading one, killing another—and even getting framed for the hit on politician Bachubhai Bhigona Deepak Shirke. He is jailed, then escapes the same night, continuing to dismantle the gang while a separate discovery reveals the abandoned baby girl he has raised is actually Bulla’s illegitimate child. The revelation ripples through the conflict as Bulla retaliates by killing Ganga.
In the climax, Bulla arrives with a fleet of auto-rickshaws, only to be met by Shankar’s stand. A rocket launcher changes the stakes as Shankar fights through the onslaught, and when Bulla uses his own infant as a shield, Tinku the monkey springs into action to save the child. Bulla attempts a getaway in a helicopter, but Shankar eliminates him in a brutal, final act—impaling him on the helicopter’s landing gear, ending the feud with a definitive, ominous victory for Shankar.
