Lukas Eiserbeck [Fabian Hinrichs] is a conscientious objector who works as a meals-on-wheels delivery driver, choosing a quiet, solitary life rather than mandatory military service. His days unfold in a subdued, almost monochrome rhythm, with loneliness tracing the edges of his every interaction and leaving him emotionally guarded as he moves through the world.

On a routine bus ride, Isabella [Lavinia Wilson] slips him a fragile note that simply reads “Help me!” The moment is oddly electric, and Lukas finds himself drawn to this stranger who radiates a hidden hurt.
