Kishan, Suniel Shetty is a hardened criminal who returns home after completing 14 years’ imprisonment for murder, a crime tied to protecting his mother when a man tried to molest her. His mother Geeta R. Choudhary, Aruna Irani, breaks a devastating truth: his father Suraj Malhotra, Suresh Oberoi, was a jeweler who killed his partner and ran off with precious jewels. She explains she never saw Suraj again, and that he has since become a dreaded gangster in the underworld. This revelation shatters Kishan’s sense of family and sets him on a relentless path to bring his father to justice, no matter the cost.

Kishan decides to take on the case and zeroes in on Sawant, Mohan Joshi, a powerful man tied directly to Suraj’s shadowy past. Sawant is the kind of figure who can pull strings in the shadows, and Kishan believes he can force the truth into the light by targeting him. Meanwhile, Gopi, Suniel Shetty, a doppelgänger of Kishan, serves as a constable in the police force. Gopi is a devoted family man with a loving home, but his colleagues see him as lacking the boldness to rise beyond ordinary duties. Kishan spots the dutiful officer and sees an opportunity: use Gopi’s rank and position to further his own plan. Thus, Kishan begins methodically bumping off Sawant’s goons, while Gopi starts to collect the credit, unsure how much of the reality lies behind the headlines surrounding him.

As events unfold, Gopi’s fortune shifts in unexpected ways, even as Kishan pushes deeper into his vendetta. Barkha, Karisma Kapoor, the Commissioner’s daughter, becomes entangled in Kishan’s world and unexpectedly falls for him. Her influence adds a new layer of complexity to the chase, as loyalties blur between justice and love. One audacious night, Kishan infiltrates Malhotra’s lair, forcing Suraj to confront the brutal truth. He holds Suraj at gunpoint and reveals a photo of his mother, pressing him for the whole story. From Suraj, Kishan learns the broader truth: Sawant is the true kingpin and Suraj is merely a pawn in a much larger game. Suraj explains that Sawant’s men killed Suraj’s partner for the jewels, and that Suraj himself escaped with the money only to hide it away. Sawant had Suraj caught, threatening to kill his wife and child unless he divulges the location. To save his infant, Suraj takes the blame, and Kishan, forced to confront his own lineage, reveals his true identity. The revelation triggers a harsh realization: Sawant has used another child as Suraj’s supposed son, and the real loot is concealed in the basement of a construction site.

Kishan resolves to retrieve the loot, and Gopi embarks on a parallel hunt for the man who has become his brother in more ways than one. Kishan’s bold assault infuriates Sawant, who tightens his grip on the empire. In a twist of fate, Kishan’s mother reappears in the story, having wandered back into his life and crossing paths with Gopi’s mother. The two women discover a shared history that links Kishan and Gopi by more than blood, complicating choices and stoking a new kind of tension within the investigation. Gopi’s mother reveals a startling truth: when Kishan’s mother was in labor, she gave birth to twins, and Gopi’s mother, who was initially believed to be childless, took one of the boys. The revelation places Gopi and Kishan on a collision course with family ties and criminal duty, forcing Gopi to confront the possibility of arresting his own brother—even as he weighs what their bond really means.

Amid the chaos, Kishan confides the entire truth to Barkha, who agrees to stand with him to recover the stolen score. Sawant captures Kishan in a brutal confrontation, and Suraj, unwilling to witness his son’s torment, finally spills the beans. The stakes escalate as Gopi infiltrates Sawant’s den by masquerading as Kishan, attempting to expose the ringleader by claiming that Sawant has kidnapped the wary Gopi. In the tense sequence that follows, the heroes and their allies begin to unmask the villains one by one, clearing away the web that Sawant has woven around the underworld. Suraj is relieved to be reunited with his wife, while Gopi and Kishan join forces to dismantle Sawant’s criminal empire. The confrontation culminates in the poetic justice of Sawant losing his son, followed by a sweeping roundup of the remaining goons. In the end, the long-separated families find each other again as Suraj is finally united with his own, leaving a legacy of reconciliation and retribution in its wake.
