What Is Gimlet About?

The premise of Gimlet without spoilers.

Julia runs a fashionable bar in Barcelona and guards her heart, convinced love brings pain. She dates Pablo, a waiter, who is brutally murdered—his heart removed. Anonymous videos and messages from a self‑proclaimed lover begin arriving. A second killing triggers 24‑hour police protection; Antonio, Pablo’s muscular replacement, shows interest in Julia. As the stalker closes in, Julia teeters between breakdown and eerie calm, while a blindfolded police commissioner leads the case. Will the killer be caught?
