Razia Sai Priyanka Ruth narrates her story in a quiet, intimate voice, recounting a forbidden romance with Ibrahim Ashok Kumar Balakrishnan. He works for Mohammad Rowther, a powerful drug lord who controls a dangerous underworld. Razia converts to Islam and takes the name Razia after marrying Ibrahim, and for a time life seems stable. But tragedy arrives when Ibrahim is shot dead in an encounter right before Razia’s eyes, and she suffers a miscarriage. Grief hardens into resolve as Razia vows to exact vengeance on those who shattered her future.
Abdullah E. Ramadoss steps in to reveal the deeper motives behind Ibrahim’s death: Rowther’s younger son Hussain had eyes on Razia, but the family warned him off since she is someone else’s wife. The plot thickens as a drug run goes to a rave-filled party, where Rajendran, a delivery man for Rowther, trades spare drugs for a kiss with Janaki, the daughter of a state minister who supports the drug business. The kiss becomes a scandal when the video leaks, and Kareem Lawrence Ramu—Rowther’s elder son—kills Rajendran in a fiery outburst. Hussain’s heartbreak leads to a suicide attempt at the hospital, and Rowther uses political leverage to frame the situation: Ibrahim is made to look like a threat, paving the way for Hussain to pursue Razia and, in Rowther’s eyes, secure a future he can control.
Razia is sent to Mumbai by Abdullah to meet Boxie Daniel Balaji. At first wary, Boxie comes to respect Razia’s willpower and eventually absorbs her into his gang, where he trains her to carry out the plan to dismantle Rowther’s organization. This mentorship marks a turning point as Razia becomes a disciplined, dangerous force, ready to confront the men who ruined her life.
The journey back to Chennai unfolds as Razia moves with purpose. She targets Kareem and the police officers who were involved in Ibrahim’s encounter, intensifying the hunt for Rowther’s empire. Rowther learns of his son’s murder and orders Lala Settu and Edison to eliminate everyone responsible. In a cunning ploy, Lala Settu lures Boxie with a larger role in the Chennai drug trade, then kills Boxie and his henchmen, severing one critical link in the chain. Razia presses on, tracking Hussain and eventually killing him as well. The net tightens around Rowther, but his power is not yet finished.
The police eventually corner Razia, and a pivotal shift occurs when officers acknowledge that they cannot arrest Rowther because of Minister Tamizhvaanan’s support [P.L. Thenappan]. In a climactic sequence, Razia’s relentless pursuit culminates in the downfall of Rowther as law enforcement closes in. Lala Settu and Edison are killed by the police, and Razia, choosing to end the cycle of violence, allows the officers to shoot her. In the closing credits, the police are praised for their mission, and Deputy Commissioner Ramachandran helps Razia’s sisters secure jobs in the police department as a gesture of thanks for her impact on the force.
