Check out what happened in Expend4bles!

The cinematic journey commences in the tumultuous backdrop of Libya, where a chemical plant once owned by the notorious Gaddafi now lies under siege. A coterie of soldiers, sworn to protect General Fezzan (Karim Saidi) and his family, finds itself embroiled in a maelstrom of violence as gunfire and explosions erupt with deadly precision. The general and his loved ones are forced to flee as a band of ruthless mercenaries, led by the formidable Suarto Rahmat (Iko Uwais), launch a brutal assault. The general's fate becomes an obsession for Rahmat, who extracts information from the tank driver with a calculated cruelty that leaves no room for mercy.

Meanwhile, in the vibrant city of New Orleans, Barney Ross (Sylvester Stallone) revives his motorcycle to locate Lee Christmas (Jason Statham), entangled in a heated argument with his fiery girlfriend and fellow Expendable, Gina (Megan Fox). Barney's ulterior motive is revealed as he claims to be nursing an injured back, necessitating Christmas' assistance for a task of utmost importance. The unlikely duo converges at a local watering hole where Barney had lost a treasured ring to the unsavory Jumbo Shrimp (Mike Moller). With calculated cunning, Barney orchestrates a confrontation between Christmas and Shrimp's cohorts, culminating in a barroom brawl that leaves all adversaries incapacitated on the floor. As Christmas exacts revenge, Barney retrieves his prized possession.

The stage is set for the reunion of the Expendables – a motley crew comprising Toll Road (Randy Couture), Gunner Jansen (Dolph Lundgren), and newcomers Easy Day (50 Cent) and Galan (Jacob Scipio), whose father, Galgo, played a pivotal role in a previous adventure. The team assembles with their superior, Marsh (Andy Garcia), who briefs them on the diabolical plans of Rahmat and his terrorist partner, Ocelot – an elusive foe Barney has been relentlessly pursuing for years. With the fate of humanity hanging precariously in the balance, the Expendables embark on a perilous mission to thwart Rahmat's scheme to pilfer codes that could trigger a catastrophic global conflict, potentially plunging the world into chaos and devastation.

As The Expendables touch down in Libya, they're met with a grim reality: Fezzan's already fallen to the treacherous Rahmat, who's left a trail of devastation in his wake. Despite Fezzan's reluctant surrender of the codes, Rahmat coldly executes him and his son, cementing his ruthless reputation. The team springs into action, countering Rahmat's missiles with their own brand of aerial acrobatics as Barney (insert actor name) takes to the skies while the rest of the Expendables provide ground support from their van.

Barney's aerial assault earns him a temporary reprieve, but it's short-lived. Rahmat targets Barney's plane, sending it plummeting to the earth and claiming his life. Christmas finds himself mourning not only the loss of his friend but also the crushing weight of responsibility. Marsh's words of wisdom - that he's off the case due to his actions leading to Barney's demise - only serve to fuel Christmas' determination to avenge his fallen comrade.

Meanwhile, Barney (insert actor name) finds himself in a precarious situation as he takes on a new role as a bodyguard for an obnoxious influencer. When said influencer crosses paths with Christmas, the latter can't resist exacting a measure of revenge by humiliating him in front of his party guests. This act of vengeance sparks a chain reaction that leads Christmas to Gina's doorstep, where he hopes to find solace and guidance.

As Christmas pours over classified files on Ocelot, Gina arrives to put an end to his vigil. A heated confrontation ensues before the two succumb to their emotions and indulge in a torrid affair. However, their passion is short-lived, as Christmas is subsequently denied permission to join the mission by Gina, who's now in charge.

Undeterred, Christmas tracks Gina's movements from afar, awaiting an opportunity to prove himself worthy of joining the team once more. His chance arrives when Gina leads The Expendables, joined by newcomer Lash (Levy Tran), on a high-stakes mission to infiltrate a CIA black site and gather intel from their superior, Russo (Lucy Newman-Williams). Their ultimate goal is to take down Rahmat, who's set to make a deadly trade for his friend Bai (Dan Chupong) and transport the warhead into Russian waters. With Ocelot potentially in play, The Expendables are poised to face their greatest challenge yet.

Christmas ventures solo into Thailand's uncharted territories in search of Desha (Tony Jaa), a former acquaintance of Barney's. With a hint of trepidation, Desha conceals his true identity until presented with the unmistakable symbol of Christmas's union - the ring on his finger. As a gesture of goodwill, Desha offers a boat, allowing Christmas to reunite with the rest of the team.

However, their reunion is short-lived as they're suddenly ambushed by Rahmat's goons while boarding the ship. The Expendables soon realize that someone within their ranks has betrayed them, and Ocelot's identity becomes a prime suspect. Marsh is taken hostage by a group of henchmen, who demand that Russo fetch Bai for their leader.

Meanwhile, Desha assists Christmas in getting close enough to the ship to launch a stealthy assault on the goons, ultimately making his way back to his comrades. He manages to establish communication with Rahmat, taunting him and prompting the villain to send more reinforcements against Christmas. As Christmas navigates the treacherous landscape, he expertly sets traps that eliminate the enemy and acquires additional weaponry in pursuit of his fellow team members.

With his friends freed, the Expendables embark on a brutal campaign of violence, annihilating every last goon on the ship. Lash and Desha form an unlikely alliance to deliver a devastating blow to Rahmat's top henchman, sending him plummeting to his demise. Toll Road suffers a gruesome wound, necessitating immediate medical attention.

Christmas then discovers Rahmat, engaging in a fierce hand-to-hand combat that ultimately culminates with Christmas seizing Gunner's tomahawk and plunging it into Rahmat's chest. As the villain expires, he reveals that he lacks the warhead code, but his superior does. The prisoner exchange unfolds, only to reveal Marsh as the true Ocelot - a revelation that sparks a ruthless slaughter at his hands.

In a daring rescue mission, Christmas guides his team onto a lifeboat, prioritizing Toll Road's safety above all else. With a heavy heart, Christmas decides to remain behind and eliminate any remaining threats, even if it means sacrificing himself. He deploys the anchor, preparing for a final stand against Marsh. However, just as their duel begins, a chopper descends from the sky, obliterating Marsh with precision gunfire.

The true mastermind behind the chaos is revealed - Barney (Tony Jaa), who had faked his own demise to lure Ocelot out of hiding. With Christmas safely onboard, Barney orchestrates a daring rescue, blowing the ship to smithereens and causing the warhead to detonate underwater, effectively neutralizing the threat.

As the team touches down back at headquarters, a festive atmosphere permeates the air, with the prospect of reuniting with their fallen comrade turned triumphant hero, Barney (actor name). Meanwhile, the sparks of romance are ignited as Christmas and Gina share a tender moment, their chemistry palpable. In a separate corner, Toll Road and Lash seem to have found common ground, their partnership blossoming into something more. Amidst this joyous chaos, Christmas turns to Barney with an inquisitive gaze, seeking insight into the identity of the mysterious corpse that had been discovered on the plane. With a mischievous glint in his eye, Barney reveals the shocking truth: it was none other than Jumbo Shrimp, prompting Christmas and Barney to erupt into a hearty laughter, their spirits buoyed by the absurdity of it all.
