Dnyanesh and Mukta are siblings who live in the pilgrim town of Pandharpur, Maharashtra, with their mother and grandmother. At the heart of the story is a bicycle named Elizabeth—a gift from their father to the talented Dnyanesh. The film reveals that the bicycle’s name is Elizabeth, and its Marathi meaning is Tikau (Durable), a quiet nod to resilience and longevity that mirrors the family’s spirit.
After their father’s death, the young boy hopes to shoulder some of the family’s burden by opening a small shop, yet his mother longs for him to pour his energy into his studies.
