The premise of El hombre de moda without spoilers.
After his wife leaves him, literature teacher Pedro Liniers returns to Madrid, hoping to regain his teaching position with the help of his old friend Bruno Baena, the school's headmaster. Meanwhile, Aurora Villalba, an Argentine refugee fleeing the military, arrives in Spain and adopts an unconventional lifestyle. She begins attending Pedro’s classes, and his newfound notoriety quickly turns him into “El hombre de moda.”
