Easily, or The Lottery Ticket (1919): Cast

The story follows a humble tailor, played by comic Morvello, who is convinced he has won a lottery jackpot. The film strings together scenes of his sudden millionaire fantasies, only for him to discover at the prize office that the winning ticket number is wrong, crushing his hopes. Based on the account in Eliana Jara Donoso’s ‘Chilean Silent Cinema,’ the picture has been restored by Chile’s National Cinematheque.
