What Is Double Jeopardy About?
The premise of Double Jeopardy without spoilers.
Attorney Marc Hill defends Emmet Devrey, a real‑estate developer with a shady history, who is being extorted by his former partner Sam Baggett. Sam’s wife Marge, cheating with used‑car salesman Jeff Calder, hatches a plot to swindle both Devrey and her drunken husband. When Sam is murdered, Devrey is blamed, and Hill must clear his client’s name.
