What Is Doctor Who: The Krotons About?
The premise of Doctor Who: The Krotons without spoilers.
The TARDIS lands on the nameless Gond world, where the alien Krotons—crystalline beings whose ship the Dynatrope crash‑landed millennia ago—rule through a self‑perpetuating slavery. In suspended animation as a crystal slurry, the Krotons await reconstitution by absorbing mental energy. Periodically the two brightest Gond students are invited aboard the Dynatrope, supposedly to become “companions of the Krotons,” but their intellect is drained and they are killed.
