What Is Doctor Who: The Time Monster About?

The premise of Doctor Who: The Time Monster without spoilers.

The Master, disguised as Professor Thascalos, builds a device called TOMTIT (Transmission Of Matter Through Interstitial Time) at the Newton Institute in Wootton, hoping to dominate Kronos, a being from outside time. He successfully summons the creature, but it quickly proves uncontrollable, threatening chaos.
