The premise of Doctor Who: The Doctor, The Widow and The Wardrobe Prequel without spoilers.
The Eleventh Doctor hovers over a button that will detonate a ship set to destroy Earth. He rings Amy Pond on the TARDIS phone, hoping she’ll rescue him, but discovers she can’t fly the TARDIS, he has no coordinates, and she abandoned the ship long ago. He confesses he only wanted to chat, wishes “Merry Christmas, Amelia”, and presses the button, causing the ship to explode.
