Sam, Kunchacko Boban is psychologically trapped in the past after a tragedy that occurred six years earlier, an event that nearlyCost him his life. Unable to fully recover from the trauma, he struggles with fractured memories. His psychiatrist advises him to revisit Manipal, the town where the incident unfolded, in the hope that returning to familiar surroundings will help him recover his lost memories.

Sam’s cousins — Georgy, Pauly, and Tony — accompany him on the road trip. The reunion starts with warmth and laughter, a chance to relive old times, but the atmosphere gradually shifts as painful truths from Sam’s past come to light.

In Manipal, the group meets Mallika, Nisha Agarwal, the sister of Sam’s former girlfriend Aarathi. Mallika’s presence, along with Georgy who already knows the full story, pushes Pauly and Tony to dig deeper into what really happened. The older cousin’s insights begin to peel back the layers of a long-buried history.

Georgy reveals that Sam and Aarathi’s attempt to elope ended in chaos when they were confronted by Aarathi’s brother’s men.
