Casanovva is introduced as a renowned billionaire playboy who runs Casanovva’s Eternal Spring, a global network of flower boutiques. He enjoys a devoted circle of followers—staff, friends, and former girlfriends—who are willing to do almost anything for him. The plot unfolds with a heist staged by four criminals who infiltrate a wedding hall as guests, eyeing their next target among the wedding guests. Casanovva recognizes the intruders but keeps silent, weighing a plan while watching their moves.

The morning after, a wedding ceremony is planned, and Casanovva, with the discreet help of a television friend, schemes to stage a live telecast that would capture the robbers in the act. When an unforeseen delay postpones the wedding, the criminals momentarily abandon their scheme. Yet the TV crew shows up, craving content, and Casanovva seizes the moment to pivot. He launches a bold new reality concept, a live romance show titled FALL IN LOVE. Through clever scheming, he arranges for two of the young robbers to fall for two of his employees—Hanna and Ann Mary—and to film their “romantic” moments with hidden cameras on the reality format.

As the show begins to gain traction, Hanna finds her feelings drifting toward one of the robbers, drawn in by Casanovva’s guiding words. In a dramatic intervention, Casanovva, wearing a mask, steps in to thwart the robbers from stealing a ceremonial sword, reclaiming it and steering the unfolding storyline. The rising popularity of the program begins to complicate life for the participants, especially Ann Mary, Hanna, and the robbers themselves. Curious viewers press Casanovva for answers, and he finally reveals a long flashback that ties the present to a chapter from his past life.

In Dubai, Casanovva once mingled with several women. Zachariah, a magazine reporter, chronicled his escapades, and a young woman, Sameera Zacharia, aided him when danger arose. The two quickly became friends, and Sameera developed genuine feelings for him. In subsequent visits, Casanovva’s flirtatious reputation continued, and he returned to Europe, where he resumed his wandering ways. When Sameera returns the next year, jealousy fuels her plan to make Casanovva feel the sting of longing and loss she experienced before. She pretends to have a lover, stirring Casanovva’s jealousy and leading him to admit something deeper beyond his usual charm.

The couple’s romance culminates at a big Dubai fair, where Sameera, in a masking surprise, encounters Casanovva and the world. But fate intervenes: the robbers arrive wearing the same disguise as Sameera, the police close in, and Sameera is arrested. A gunshot ends her life, leaving Casanovva heartbroken and overwhelmed as he learns the news on television. He rushes to cooperate with the police, only to find himself dismissed and met with silence. That moment ends the flashback, redirecting the narrative back to the present show and its unfolding truth.

To redeem Sameera’s memory, Casanovva explains to Hanna that the reality show was designed to make the robbers understand the feelings of love. He then exposes the truth by capturing the robbers on camera and revealing to the public—and to the police—that Sameera was not part of their gang. The confession leads to a tense confrontation in which the robbers divulge that Alexi killed Sameera, mistaking her for a fellow conspirator. The police arrive as the truth comes to light; Alexi attempts to flee, and Casanovva gives chase. In a final, climactic moment, he defeats Alexi with a gun, avenging Sameera’s death, and ultimately surrenders to the authorities.

The film threads a blend of glamour, danger, and moral complexity through the eyes of a man who uses spectacle to uncover truth, push boundaries, and confront the consequences of a life spent chasing allure.
