Brahma (Rajendra Prasad) quarrels with Saraswathi (Kalyani) and decrees that every marriage must end in death. On earth, carefree student Sreenu (Sivaji) falls instantly for Swetha (Sonia) while his friend Sobhan Babu (Venu Madhav) wins Brahma’s favor and receives a pot that grants the drinker the power to read any fate. A mishap causes Sreenu to drink it, instantly improving his prospects and winning Swetha’s love. Alarmed that the boon disrupts the natural order, Brahma, accompanied by Yama (Jayaprakash Reddy) and Chitragupta (AVS), descends to retrieve the power, leading to a comic clash between the divine and mortal realms.
