After being released from prison, Sachidanandan receives a letter from his brother hinting at a surprise waiting for him. As he travels, memories of his past come rushing back, painting a picture of a family in flux. His father had been ready to remarry, and Sachi had looked forward to a new mother. He learns that the woman would have a son who would become his step-brother, Vishnu. The idea of new family ties excites him at first, but the reality proves more complicated than a simple reunion.

Back home, Sachi’s attempts to bridge the gap with Vishnu meet an initial wall of hesitation. The two brothers drift closer over time, but trouble looms when Sachi’s step-mother faces harassment from her ex-husband. Determined to protect his family, Sachi intervenes during a tense encounter and ends up saving Vishnu and his mother from danger. In a fateful moment, he kills the man, an act that changes the course of his life and sends him on a perilous path.

The consequences are swift and severe. Sachi is sent to a juvenile home for his crime, where he befriends Khan, Ghani, and Pareekkar. The trio become a fragile circle of allies as he navigates a world built on danger and loyalty. One day, Sachi witnesses Khan and Ghani being beaten by a ruthless cop; in a desperate bid to shield his friends, he kills the officer. The act lands him in a central prison as an adult, and he is sentenced to two life terms. In the harsh routine of prison life, Sachi discovers an extraordinary ability: night vision. This new sense of perception marks him as someone quite apart from the others and foreshadows the extraordinary turns his life will take.

When he finally steps back into the world, he is warmly welcomed by his younger brother, Manu, who was born after his imprisonment. Manu’s arrival is a bright note in a life otherwise shadowed by crime and punishment. Sachi’s old friends Pareekkar and Khan greet him too, though the reunion is tempered by the knowledge that their futures are tangled with Edwin Moses, a shadowy drug lord. The idea of a peaceful life with his family tempts Sachi, yet the tangled web of crime around him keeps pulling him back toward danger.

The narrative shifts as it reveals a personal twist: Vishnu has become a doctor and is set to marry Vandhana. The long-awaited ceremony is paused so Sachi can be there to witness it, and Vandhana senses the truth about Sachi as the man who once saved her from a gang. A scar on Sachi’s back, earned in that moment of rescue, becomes a symbol of the past he cannot quite escape. The revelation adds pressure to an already strained life, and the authorities press Sachi into operations that test both his abilities and his ethics.

As the plot accelerates, Vedantham approaches Sachi with a stark diagnosis: the drug syndicate has grown stronger and is led by Edwin Moses, a figure whose identity remains hidden from everyone. Vedantham explains that innocent people are exploited in the drug trade, often without their knowledge. Sachi, who longs to protect his family, resists the call to join the gang and instead seeks a path of peace.

Yet the danger intensifies as Edwin Moses and his partner Shetty press their advantage. Shetty explains that a valuable drug container lies in his control, and Edwin’s men target Sachi and his friends. The truth about the container surfaces: Sachi had previously secured it from Muthan. Muthan’s death becomes a pivot point, and the film barrels toward a violent confrontation as Edwin’s men are defeated and Ghani survives a deadly raid.

In a climactic confrontation, Vedantham arrives and the conflict escalates. He and Sachi exchange blows, and Vedantham phones Edwin Moses from Pareekkar’s device, revealing a startling truth: Edwin Moses is, in fact, Vedantham. Enraged, Sachi destroys the container and confronts Vedantham in a final showdown, exacting vengeance for Khan and Pareekkar. The film closes with Sachi repairing the old car and reuniting with his family, choosing a future built on protection and a hard-won peace rather than the violence that once defined his life.
