Sheriff Sugar Wolf, Shaggy 2 Dope, returns to his hometown of Mud Bug after years away to find it under the thumb of Big Baby Chips, a ruthless gambling tycoon who rules with a gang of thugs. Chips has already killed Sugar Wolf’s father, Grizzly Wolf Ron Jeremy, and Sugar’s brothers, leaving the town battered and compliant. With a sense of duty and a desire for justice, Sugar steps into the old mantle his father held and vows to reclaim control from Chips. Chips responds by unleashing a string of deadly assassins to stop him, setting the stage for a high-stakes confrontation.

As Sugar Wolf gains momentum, a spark of romance lights up the story: he meets Tink, played by Bridget Powers, and a fragile hope blooms amid the danger. The town starts to rally around him, and Sugar even takes on a deputy, Jason Mewes as Bucky, while wisely keeping his focus on the mounting threats.
